Welcome to the European Women of Achievement Awards. These Awards are unique in that they highlight women with an outstanding achievement in their chosen field that has a significant European dimension, with categories for Arts & Media, Business, Entrepreneur, Humanitarian, and Professional. All nationalities are considered for the Awards provided they are based within the geographical boundaries of Europe.
The Awards provide a wonderful opportunity to recognise and applaud women who are helping to reshape Europe for the better. For many of the women this will be the first time that their achievement has received public accolade.
The Luncheon, which culminates with the presentation of the Awards, is not only an inspirational occasion but also one of the best and most enjoyable networking events in the annual calendar. The schedule allows time to make new contacts as well as the chance to enjoy a series of presentations, which inspire, motivate and celebrate female success.

Prime Minister's wife Sarah Brown was a surprise guest at the 17th European Women of Achievement Awards in London on Friday 6th July.
Mrs Brown joined more than 500 executives from around Europe to see the awards presented by TV broadcaster Angela Rippon at The Grosvenor House, Park Lane.
This year’s event highlighted its truly European reach, attracting the highest ever number of VIPs, with representatives from the embassies of Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Germany, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia and Switzerland.

Jane Holdaway, chairman of the EWAA, which was founded by the European Union of Women, said: "This year's winners and finalists have once again been top-class. These awards keenly illustrate the strength and depth of professional female business talent in the European arena.
All those who were nominated have demonstrated marvellous vision and determination and are a wonderful inspiration for women everywhere. It was fantastic that the Prime Minister’s wife was here to learn of these brilliant achievements.
