"The Awards aim to raise public awareness of the increasingly important contribution of women to pan-European understanding and progress. They seek to reward outstanding achievement by special accolade and to inspire others by example"

 

 

  

The European Women of Achievement Luncheon is the major annual event. The Luncheon culminates with the announcement of the Award winners and the Presentation of the Awards. The names of the Award winners are a closely kept secret until the formal announcement.

This prestigious event is held annually in July. The event attracts male and female guests not only from all corners of the United Kingdom but also from across continental Europe.

Over the years, EUW has been delighted to welcome guests from commerce and industry, the arts, media and sport, the voluntary sector, the public services and from the world of politics. In 2004 over 750 people attended the Luncheon providing a marvellous opportunity for enjoyable networking.
